Their tech said you will want to first check the voltage going into and coming out of the Circuit Board # MA10A21275K with a Meter # PT29ZR where the lift motor plug is on the circuit board. If the voltage is not 12 VDC coming out of the board then the board is bad. According to Dexter, your 130123 axle is a 7,000 lb axle with a 91-1/2" hub face measurement and 72-1/2" spring center. I do have a solution, but unfortunately none of our 7k axles match this length. What I can offer is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # TASR7KS01.
